Mystery Of The Moving Magazine' Cut Outs.

One day Steve decided to visit a weird haunted castle.Inside the cold wet castle he saw Stanley. Stanley told Steve that he can make magazine cut outs to move on their own. "That's silly !"  said Steve. Stanley told Steve "I can prove it !"

First thing Stanley had done was to get a blank piece of paper. On this paper he drew a circle and inside the circle he drew a star and inside the star he put in a dot.

Next thing Stanley had done was to cut out a picture out of a magazine and place it on a wall. To Steve's surprise the magazine's picture started to climb up on the wall, then it turn and walked on the ceiling and then walked down the wall on the other side of the room.

"Here, Steve" Stanley said "I will show you again". Again Stanley took a blank piece of paper, drew a circle and drew a star inside the circle and dotted inside the star.

And again Stanley cut an image out of a magazine and placed it against the wall and again the image started to walk on the wall,then on the ceiling and then walked down the wall on the other side of the room.At this point Steve was spooked and decided he saw enough and ran from the haunted castle .

 Stanley never told Steve that he had super glued each magazine page to a large cockroach directly under each of the images he was planning to cut out.  :)

Of course when people do not know what is going on, they definitely would have been spooked out..LOL

Now, Who Is Stupid Now ?

Some years ago there was a guy always saying "Hello stupid !"  every time he sees me riding a man's bicycle. I know words can hurt but it depends on the person saying them. In this case Na!. I could have said" Calling other people stupid doesn't make you any smarter !" but he was an idiot so I just ignored it.

One day I was visiting a group of my real friends in my neighborhood. This downgrading guy showed up and said to me

"Hello stupid" again. 

My friends Jim and Leonard spoke out "He's not stupid. he knows how to play chess, knows how to operate and fix computers, he knows plumbing and knows how to put in wires and outlets in a house and knows how to do his own taxes and even knows math. He even help us  and our wives/girlfriends with our income taxes and did not charge any thing for his time."  but if he needed to go to the store, doctor or anything else we are glad to take him !"

Of course on the taxes like the forms like 1040 or circuit breaker forms all one has to do is follow the instructions,and having a calculator, and knowing math like percentages does help and even more help when a people  have only one source of income.Yes "Sandy and Leonard you guys have a refund coming" :) and the refunds I said they we're going to get, they got.

Now I do have a few friends that went to college and it does not bother me if they're probably smarter than me but if I have a problem I can go to their smart brains for help.especially if there are more than one.

One problem I had is how to install a Murphy bed  inside of my house but the problem  it wasn't possible. I was going to my college friends for help, but I figured this on my own, get a roll away bed they make those in different sizes as well and it would fit inside of my closet.

That guy did not stop saying "Hello stupid!" again riding my men's bicycle but this time the landlord heard him and said "I want to talk to you !" before I knew it he and his family had to pack their things and had to moved out.My rent payments are outstanding but not this bully's.Now who is stupid now ?!

When a person points a finger at somebody there are three more fingers pointing back at her or him.

Enegry Effcient Furnances Suck !

In 2009 I had a free efficient furnace installed via
weatherization via a state program. Yes, it works fine if the temperature outside stays above 30 degrees Fahrenheit but  when it is lower than that the furnace does nothing but blow cold air. I realize now on furnaces anyway when it says enegry efficient it is just a gimmick.

I don't mind the self-lit auto pilot but when I looked at the burner itself it look like someone just turn on
all burners of a gas stove top. The flames in the burner are not very high. On my old furnace the flames were about 3 feet tall and not 6 inches tall.Also on my old furnace  when I set the temperature to 76 degrees Fahrenheit it stayed at 76. But on my energy efficient furnance now the temperature says 61 even tough I have the thermostat set at 76.

Fortunately I had the foresight to buy a ceramic towering space heater. The ceramic types are more safer than the other kinds but still keep it 2 feet away from everything and plug it in an outlet that has nothing else plugged into it. Make sure the plug fits snug  inside the outlet and not loose this can cause a fire and do not use extension cords.

I am going to buy another ceramic tower heater one for my bedroom and  use another for my living room, but I am not going to run them both at the same time just the one in the room I'm in.I am doing it that way to avoid carrying one unit room to room.

If you have a space heater and see glowing wires inside you're better off not using it and switch to the ceramic type.

What does 90% energy efficient mean: It means 90 cents of every dollar is use to heat your home and ten cents  of every dollar is just thrown out the window.

My Golden Stars

We all done something we are not proud of: But what did we do for others in our lives ?  Below are list of people I have helped and did not charged them one red cent.

Barbara was one of my coworkers but had to sit in a wheelchair because of her paralyzed legs. One day while riding a bus I have helped Barbara from the bus seat carrying her to her wheelchair outside of the bus. She was slight heavy-set but I was strong enough to get the job done. I kinda knew she liked me because at work I have always made her laugh.

                                  ***Beverly***

My former co-worker Beverly had worked at a grocery as a cashier. I bought a few things there and went to Beverly's aisle.After paying, Beverly told me she was running out of pennies. When I went home and after putting away my groceries  away I gather three dollars worth of pennies and went back to the grocery store and told her it was $3 worth of pennies in the paper bag. Beverly took my word for it and gave me $3 and fortunately she had enough  room in her cash register and pour them in.

I settled an argument here. Gary wanted to switch his bedroom tv for his mom's living room tv because it was capable of getting more of cable stations. I have ask Gary "Does your TV have a TV/CABLE switch ?  He replied "Yes" and I have shown him that all he had to do is flip the switch to cable and scan for channels. Once that was done he and his mom were both happy.Gary was watching the basic cable channels only for two years until I have changed it . ---lol

When I moved my new place I had a neighbor whose name is Gloria when I went to visit she had about 10 fans going in an extremely hot day and she had kids and a husband. I told her since my new place has central air I have no use for my window air conditioner and asked her if she wanted it she said yes and her husband installed it later that day when it was somewhat cooler. My brother wanted me to charge them for using it and I said nope.It's now their air conditioner free and clear.I gave it to them.

Sandy every Friday had liked to played Bingo at the American Leigon but one day her husband Mike said he had to work on Friday night and had asked me if I can take her to bingo on Friday instead. I said sure. Mike gave me a little money but he didn't have to. After bingo the Mike's money I haven't use I gave back.

I have had help Larry to fix his toilet. He had a broken assembly and wanted it replaced with a reverse pump the one without the ball assembly. I scared the crap out of  Larry because I knew It wouldn't   fit, so I decided make it fit via a hacksaw.After I hacked out the old assembly I had installed the reverse pump and turn the water back on. Larry and I tested it and it worked well . Yes, we will leave that alone it's working fine. If it ain't broke then don't fix it.

By the way if your toilet has a reverse pump do not put any cleaners in your toilet tank like cleaning cakes.It will clogged your reverse pump. Cleaners and cleaner cake inside the toilet bowl itself is okay.

I have helped a lot of people with their computer problems so here they are mostly the same story and sometimes as a way to say thank you  the girls/wives invited me to dinner but they really didn't have to.

2 Rare Mono To Stereo Songs

In the 1950's there were no digital products it was all analogue and the mono to stereo was done analogously and the equipment then had vacuum tubes.

On stereo records there is a inner grove for the left channel, and outer grove for the right channel. In other words the record will play two grooves at the same time, because of the inner grove a stereo record cannot be played on a mono record player, you will be only hearing just the right channel. 

However, mono records can be played on stereo record players but there will be no separation just the same sounds coming from both speakers but  some people say it gives it more depth.

Columbia invented the 12 inch 33 1/3 RPM records and RCA invented the 7 inch 45 RPM records. RPM means revolutions per minute. One more note records are played clockwise while compact disks are played counter-clockwise.

Why does the 45 RPM have a big hole ? At that time Columbia and RCA were also making record players and they did not want them to be compatible with each other.That change later of course when record players came with  45 RPM adapters for their turntables and with 3 to 4 speeds.  16 2/3,  33 1/3, 45 and 78 RPM. 

There was even a "N" function meaning neutral which kept the idle wheel under the turntable from going flat on one edge when the record player was turned off. Set at the "N" setting the idle wheel did not touch the turntable.

So what is high fidelity ?  Well it is the frequencies from 20 cycles per second (Hertz) to 20,000 cycles per second the normal range of human hearing (20 Hz to 20,000 Hz). Compare it to the sounds of an antique 10 inch 78 RPM record it sucks.

3/10 % Raise On Social Security That's ridculous

This % percent symbol all by itself it stands for 1/100.
.3% can be written in two more ways either as .3/100 meaning 3/10 divided by 100 or even as 3/10 /100 still 3/10 divided by 100.

 To divide 3/10 by 100  we must first invert the right side to 1/100 then multiply.
                             3/10 x 1/100 = 3/1000

To figure out how much extra a person would get, all he/she have to do is first multiply what she/he gets now by 3 and divide that result by 1000.

Let's put this in perspective suppose we actually get a 3% raise which of course is 3/100 and suppose we get $900 a month now. When we multiply 900 by 3  and divide that result by 100 we get $27 extra when added to the 900 we get $927.total.

However it is not 3% (3/100) raise but .3% (3/1000)  so it will be 10% less. ,Multiply 900 by 3 and divide that result by 1000 and we get $2.70 extra or $ 902.70 total. When we round that off it should be $903 but if I know them they will probably drop the .70 and round that figure to $902.

   What are they doing with our money?
   
 Again multiply the amount you get now by 3 and divide that result by 1000 that's how much extra money you'll be getting.
 In the make shift formula below X is the amount you're making now. The * means to multiply this symbol is used so it won't be confuse with the unknown X.

The Country Music Lady From Japan

About 10 years ago one of my friends purchase a album titled "The Country Lady From Japan" for about $3 at a Goodwill store. I had checked the internet and found that the album was rare and back then it was worth $60.So I am guessing it is worth a lot more now. However, why purchase the album when you can hear all of Tokyo Matsu's songs on youtube anyway.

But hold on, what if the album  was personally autographed by Tokyo Matsu herself. There we go; That would definitely make the value of the album sky rocket.I have no idea how much but there may be some rich person that may want it, after the autograph has been authenticated.

Yes, one can go to a pawn shop. What they'll do is quote a price that is 1/4 of its actual value and then let you talk them into 1/2 what the actual value is, making you feel like you have won: 
                                 "It's a deal"

Unusual Stories In the Comic Book World

In the 1960's president John F. Kennedy ask National Periodical Publications now known as DC (Detective Comics) to publish a Superman story to promote physical fitness.  On the main cover readers were challenge to guess who will wind up playing Clark Kent's identity  near the end of the story, since both Superman and Clark kent had to appear at the same time.It turn out it was JFK himself who took over Clark Kent's identity.

.In a Jimmy Olsen issue there was a story were Jimmy somehow went back in time and he recorded everything in the past with a film movie camera. What was unusual about the story Jimmy was on his own without any help from Superman or Supergirl. When Jimmy got back to the present he opened his film can reels and the films crumbled to dust.

There was another story in a Superman issue where he did save people with his powers but no where in the story did he change into his Superman identity.

In a issue of Detective Comics one story was just about Batman's butler  Alfred Pennyworth and like Jimmy Olsen I mentioned earlier Alfred was on his own. No help from Batman and Robin.By the way Robin the boy wonder was named after Robin Hood and not the bird which explains the similar outfits.

In another Batman story "Robin Dies At Dawn"  Batman was driving towards a serve thunderstorm and somehow winds up on an alien planet but he did not realize he also traveled into a parallel universe and it was that Robin who died and not the Robin on his earth. Well, that's a lot better than the soap opera cop out:  Batman dreamt the whole thing. :)

In a Superboy story Superboy saves an alien girl who has a power to read minds as she read Superboy's mind it seem to her that he did not have any respect for women drivers or other things they do. The alien girl change Superboy into a girl until he learns to respect and appreciate women. Superboy went through most of the story as Claire Kent. (end)

German Twins And The Busher's Boy.

This is sometime before the identical  German twins Allison and Heidi had to head back to their own country.

One Sunday (1963) it was nice out except my toxic uncle had to  come to visit and ruin it all. Forcing me to sit on the couch to watch a ballgame .It was nice out. I wanted to go outside to play, go to the park and ride my bicycle. I did not want to watch stupid ballgames all day long.The only program I wanted to watch on that day was "Dennis The Menace"  which would have come on at 7 PM EDT.

Finally it was a little after  7 PM and "Dennis The Menace" was join in progress during this time my mom ask me to take out the trash  After I put the trash in the barrel  I heard bushes shaking and  voices  behind the bush  going "GRRRRR !" . it turn out to be  the German twins (Allison and Heidi)  along with some of my other classmates from the fifth grade pretending to be bears.

At that moment the beautiful German twins had "attacked" me  forcing me down to the ground and pinning me  making growling noises, smacking noises with their mouths and wagging their tongues  before they finally said "We got you, Stanley". Yes, I could force my way back up but I didn't want to

Now all of us were pretending to be bears running, chasing and "attacking" each other. I was even pinned down with some of my male friends  disappointed  they weren't girls it was all right though they were my friends. While playing with the German girls I did not care about "Dennis The Menace" any more nor any of the following weekly episodes. Something inside me had changed.

When I went back in the house (after 90 minutes )  my toxic uncle was still there and angrily asked " WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN ? " I told him I was playing with the German girls.Now here we go Mr. toxic uncle is now also  Mr. Bigot and started to talked about  the world wars during which  he forbade me to play with them  . Of course I wasn't going to obey him he is just an idiot.My heart was on cloud 9, you all ! AND WAS HE EVER SORRY THAT I BARED MY FANGS ! Basically, I told him if he is going to bitch then go back home.

      Some days I wish that I  could freeze dry my toxic uncle and make him into a busher's boy.

 If you do not know what a busher's boy is:  It's a peeing statue or any other statue usually seen on sides of fountains.

 The law may have something to say about that; But if I did that to Aldoft Hilter no one would have really cared  not even most of the Germans and I doubt anyone would stop me. In fact today's Germany has anti-nazi   laws in place. All races are now welcome to their country. nazi doesn't deserve a capital 'N'

Now it is kind of strange having friends playing with me on Sunday usually we played after school during the weekdays maybe it was an act of God.

The 13th Planet

The planet Pax may be the 13th planet. Where is the planet Pax? Well, it is not a parallel planet but a planet that follows the same orbit path as the planet Earth. Pax is always 180 degrees from earth and can never be seen behind the sun. No matter where the Earth is, Pax is always behind the sun. See video below:

Now Pax is a peaceful planet none of their countries are at war with each other they have the technology and the means to get their resources from mostly inhabitable planets, and the ones that have simple life they are careful enough not to take away their food supplies.

Nor do they trick their countries to be at war with one another usually if two countries are against another country the main country may send spies and trick the other two countries to be at war with each other. Here fight among yourselves leave our country alone.

Their science is so advance the body fats that was received after liposuction can be turn into milk not just breast milk itself. Any fat from either a male or female. However, one draw back after a baby had drank this liquid, it affected her pituitary gland and turn her into a 30 foot giant baby. Glad I'm not the one who has to change her diapers.

The liposuction on Pax is so advance it does not leave one with flabby skin. 

Now they're working on something called a transmuter machine that has codes for various fruits so they can take one's body fat and convert it to any fruit they want. One guy was not so lucky he was in a hurry to get things done that his whole body change into one big giant banana, Nothing to do now but to peel the giant banana dip it in chocolate and give it to the giant baby. Yeah, I am in one of my silly moods--lol  (end)

Voyage On The 1960's Naval Enterprise Ship

Voyage on the enterprise ?  No, not the spaceship on Star Trek but on a 1960's naval ship. The six videos below were filmed using a super 8mm film camera. The films of these cameras had magnetic recording tape at the edges so sound could be added.

I am posting these six silent videos here for posterity. Each video is about 7 minutes each. You may find them boring so I would put some music on. The music back then I was planning to put on was Christmas music namely organ and chimes.

As you can see the dyes on these films are worn off also and as I mention in my previous blog super 8 films have smaller sprocket holes for a somewhat larger picture and again I just used a digital camera just in front of my computer screen.The quality is really not that great.

My Home Movies From Regular Silent 8 MM Films.

In the 1960's we did not have DVDs,VHS video tapes not even cable only three network stations  but we did have silent film cameras for home use.

Each reel had 50 feet of film  giving us 4 minutes of time.We had regular 8 MM and Super 8 MM which had smaller sprocket holes so it can display a somewhat wider picture.Some even came with an animation button which only exposes one frame at a time.

Not only that but color film is three times thicker than black and white. Color film is actually three black and white films and each one covered with its own dye red,green and blue on top of one another.

Below is 6 film reels of my silent home movies(1965), except for Home Movie 0001 the first one, the rest of them are silent total time about 24 minutes.Image quality not so great;But I still can have those treasured fond memories.

Airplane Going 48,480 Miles Per Hour ?

Of course we all know that going from Illinois to New York does not take one minute. The man on the phone should have waited while the airport was looking for his information.Instead of hanging up on "Just a minute.."

On 2 Broke Girls Caroline (Beth Behrs)  gave her female enemy a math problem. It went something like this: If a train starts at  9 AM and travels 800 miles and ends at 5 PM how fast was the train going? The answer of course is 100 miles per hour.

D=RT

D=distance in miles

R=miles per hour

T=time in hours

So lets plug the numbers in knowing that 9 AM to 5 PM equals 8 hours.

D=RT

800=R x 8

 We divide both sides of the equation by 8 will get 100 miles per hour which is the correct answer: 100=R

Now let's do the distance between Illinois to New York which is 808 miles and suppose time is just one minute or 1/60 of an hour.

D=RT

808=R x (1/60)

let's invert the fraction (1/60) into (60/1) and multiply that by both sides of the equation:

(60/1) x 808=R x (1/60) x (60/1)

(60/1) x 808= R x 1

(60/1) x 808=R

,

48,480 = R

And there we have it, if a plane can travel 808 miles in one minute then the plane must be going 48,480 miles per hour.It won't matter if you have a window seat or not everything will be a blur :)

Now while I was in navy boot camp we had taps (bedtime) at 

9:30 PM and we were awaken at 4:30 AM how many hours is that?Figured it in your head.

Well, let's first add 12 to the AM hour  changing 4:30 into 16:30 and subtract the PM hour from that or

16:30 - 9:30= 7 hours.

But how about adding 12 to the PM hour instead?  Well, you can but then you have to subtract that result from 24.

9:30 PM  change that into 21:30

21:30 - 4:30 =17

24-17=7

As you can see this method takes one more step.

Now something like  9:45 PM to 4:15 AM is harder to figure in your head better off using pencil and paper or counting with your fingers.

The Creepy Spooky Ghost Light

A couple moves into their new house  after a hard day's work of moving furniture they are finally ready for bed. In about two hours they hear a creepy creaking  noise coming from their floor boards and the street light that is shining through their window starts blinking on and off. Could it be ghost or ghosts?

Previously before moving in, the couple had heard of a man that is suppose to be physic and to also to have telekinesis powers.He would put his hands on his forehead and stare at the street light for a few minutes and sure enough the street light would start blinking on and off.He had told the couple that he does this to hone his physic powers.

Who do you think cause the blinking street light ghost(s) or the physic with the telekinesis powers? Please, take a few moments to think about this before reading on.

The next morning the wife looks out her upstairs  window and sees a gas and electric utility truck driving up. She yells out "What are you doing?" .The utility man yells back saying "I am here to replace the light bulb in the street light, they usually blink on and off once in a while when their filaments are wearing out !". The utility man replaces the light bulb and the suppose physic loses his so called powers.

How about the creaky floor boards is it cause by a ghost or ghosts? No, it is usually cause by humidity, moisture and other weather factors causing the floor to expand and to contract. It is nothing to worry about. The time to worry if there are no creaky floors to be heard meaning the floor boards had been installed too tight and  that would lead to broken floor boards.

If a worker is anchoring a mobile home she/he  makes sure the scraps to the anchors are not too tight so they can sway with the wind, not doing so would snap the anchor scraps and the mobile home will flipped to its side on the ground and would be damaged.

Yes, things are not always what they seem. Some people still believe in superstitions to explain things rather using the real explanations,

How Does The Invisible Man See Without Light Hitting His Retinas?

                How does the invisible man see? 
Did you ever wonder about that?
After all light waves will have to reach his retinas on back of his eyes for him to see. One explanation that I came out with, is that his other senses were enhanced, akin to the Marvel's blinded character Dare Devil, after all, it is the brain that truly sees;But the only power the invisible man has of course is simply turning invisible.

The human brain is an amazing organ not only it can store images and sounds in your subconscious mind but smells and tastes as well.Go ahead and think of your favorite food I bet you can smell and taste it.

            How does Superman Fly?
When he was first created  he couldn't. All he can do is make 1/8 mile leaps but how was he able to do this? Well let's say the surface gravity on the planet Krypton was 1000 and the Kryptonian creatures had muscles made to walk in that kind of gravity. If they were on earth (surface gravity of 1) they would definitely be 999 times stronger, 999 times faster and be able to make 1/8 mile leaps..After all, nature adopts creatures to their environment. Who knows ? There may animals and plants living on the earth's sun. 

Scientist recently discovered that earth's sun has a heart beat. Is the sun itself a living thing? 

Believe it or not there are simple creatures living in 1165 F to 2120 F volcanic lava and other simple creatures living in very very extreme cold tempertures  maybe even at -320 F which is way way way below freezing.

 How did Superman's rocketship escape Krypton's Gravity?
It would be impossible for Kal-El's rocket ship to escape Krypton's gravitational  pull, but don't forget the people on Krypton were very advance in science ,and maybe their rocketships had  built-in anti-gravity devices, Well it's a  good explanation as any :) 

In any event unlike the comics and other media Superman should have eventually got use to earth's gravity, and just wind up with the strength of a ordinary man for the rest of his life.

                When did Superman began to fly?
It all started in the warring 1940's when Max Fleischer's studios were making Superman cartoons at cost then at $50,000  each which today would be $779,265 each. Making scenes were Superman leaps and clear buildings was going to be too expensive, so they called DC (Detective Comics) and ask them if they could make the character fly instead, and the request was granted.
Below is a rotoscoped vintage Superman cartoon titled 'Secret Agent". Rotoscope is a process were animators trace the  movements of real life people to make their cartoons more realistic.They also had done this with their Popeye cartoons.DISCLAMER: The cartoon was made during the cold wars, I cannot re- write history.                When did kryptonite enter the scene?
It had happened on Superman's radio series in an episode titled "The Meteor From Space". The main actor playing Superman/Clark Kent was going to be on vacation, so they got another actor and just told him to just moan and groan. Can you imagine  that? Getting paid just to moan and groan,

The Space Chronoscope--A Si-Fi Story.

Introduction: First off I was going to post this story in comic book form but like movies, tv shows and yes even comics it is a bad idea to do everything yourself so the story will be mostly in blog form.

What is a space chronoscope? well I am not talking about clocks and watches but an instrument that is capable of capturing light waves from the earth's past and even probably the radio waves since these waves will be bouncing in space for years to come.

When you watch a sunset you're not seeing it as it is now, but due to distance from the sun and the speed of light you're watching the sunset how it looked eight minutes ago.

Now suppose there is a planet with intelligent life at our present year 60 billion light years away, they would not see how the earth is now, but due to delayed light waves it'll be how it was 60 million years ago and would be viewing the dinosaurs.

Let's go back to earth and set our space chronoscope from 2016 to 2000 years ago in the bottom picture we see a four foot tall Jesus getting out of a boat in the early morning and started to walk on water. A closer look revealed that Jesus was actually walking on an ice bridge that was formed under the water. Peter got out of the boat to try it but he was scared of the winds and Peter failed to "Walk on the water.". 

Since there are hardly any clouds in desserts and their seas it is very hot during the day, and very cold during early mornings and nights even cold enough to form ice under the seas.The picture below is just that, a picture.The clouds shouldn't be there.

Scientist even now are trying to contact life from other planets via satellites or so they say. They even received a "WOW" signal from space; Is it actually from a space alien?  Most  likely it is a stray radio signal that is still bouncing around in space.  

A space chronoscope might be able to capture light waves from the earth's past and maybe at present scientists  may need lip readers so they would know what these people of our past were saying.

Secret Life Of The Gangsta Dogs

My first thought was to make a video of the gangsta dogs with music added or a slideshow with music added but since people read at different paces I thought it was best to post the eight pictures here, because each picture contains a caption.

                           

Ouja Boards And Nylon Socks.

What makes a Ouija plantchette move? People do but they're not aware of it. What they are really doing is dwelling into the inter parts of their subconscious minds.Heck, they even tell you that at the back of the box

.If you watch mostly horror movies then these people will think you're talking to demons or ghosts. Walt Disney movies maybe people think  angels are answering or Walt Disney himself.

One day I was watching 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' it was a $50,000 question  and I was able to answer the question correctly but how did I know the answer?  Unless I had learned it some time ago and the answer was stuck in my subconscious mind.It may also be that I learned it when I was only four years old hearing someone talk about it either in real life or on radio or tv.

Open a book to a page and simply glance at it. Do you remember what the page said ? Of course not,but your subconscious mind knows that page word for word. In fact police and FBI uses hypotheses on  witness so he/she can recalled more details.By the way post hypnotic suggestion only exist in tvs or movies and not real life.

Sometimes at late night or early mornings the ouija plantchette will simply move in circles or figure eights a few times and go to 'GOODBYE' . It's your subconscious mind saying I am tired and bored let's end this.

One day I have notice my mom threw an old pair of nylon socks in the trash. I took it and unraveled it so I can make one long nylon thread out of it and tape the thread to an ouija plantchette so it seem like it will move on it's own. My mom was spooked--lol then she caught on, and my brother told me "Instead of using nylon socks' threads why didn't you just go to the magic store and buy a spool of magician's thread ? Duh mouseballus !

In this new age we can really spook people--lol For one thing the plantchettle can be made of  magnetic stainless steel with white plastic around making it look like all plastic like an ordinary plantchette Also have a magnetic insert inside of the two layers of the ouija board itself.That way the plantchette will not have to be touch at all and it will seem like it will move on its own.

Have a camera in room with a hidden person  with a computer so he/she can type in what the "gimmicked"  plantchette should say and the"gimmicked" plantchette will automatically move to spell out the message.

Not only that but the"magnetic" ouija board and "magnetic" plantchette can be set to the same polarity so they can repel each other making the "gimmick" plantchette seem like it's floating on its own  and spelling out the messages in mid-air untouched by human hands. I wonder how many people will leave at this point? --lol

Remember: Answers on ouija boards can come from movies you have seen, books you may have read, tv programs you have watch etc. 
Even when a witness is hypnotized by police or FBI they still have to be sure if the answers are coming from real life accounts and not what he/she saw from various entertainment  medias. 

Mystery Of 1089 And The Number 11

Write the number 1089 on a piece of paper fold it up and give it to  a friend and tell her/him not to look at it until the trick is done. 

Give your friend another blank piece of paper and tell her/him to write a three digit number, all different digits and no zeros. Let's suppose 371 was chosen.

Then ask her/him to reverse the numbers and subtract the smaller from the larger:  371-173=198

Once that is done tell your friend to reverse the difference and add it to the original difference: 198 + 891=1089

Sometimes the difference  is 99 but tell your friend if the difference is a two digit number to add a zero at the end and treat the zero as a regular number:
                                    990 +099=1089

Now that all the adding is done tell your friend to look at the piece of paper you gave her/him before. The secret of course no matter what three digit number your friend had chosen the answer will always be 1089.

If you do not tell your friend the secret she/he will be wondering how you got that number on that piece of paper.

So what is going on here? Well, if you take numbers (2 digits or more) and reverse it and subtract the smaller from the larger you will always have a number that can be divided evenly by 9.

In case of three  digit numbers (all different digits)  the number 9 will always be in the middle, not only that but the first and last digits will always add up to 9. Example: 198 

This time let's say your friend chose the number 276:
672 - 276=396   396 + 693=1089 Here will go again
the same answer: 1089

Since  the first and last digits add up to the sum of the middle digit it means that the difference can also be divided evenly by  11. :)

 If you want to multiply 23 by 11 all one has to do is add the 2 and  the 3 and put it in the middle 253. Put the calculator down you can do this one and similar ones in your head.

Here is another example: 11 x 71 =781 notice again the first and last total equals the sum of the middle digit.

However multiplying by  11 to a number you have to carry takes a little work but it can be done in your head:
                                           19 x 11=209
